Kelsey's Softly Song

Kelsey calls this song the "softly song" from Polar Express. For those of you who were around her this Christmas you now that she is completely obsessed with The Polar Express. She got the sound track for Christmas and we listen to it every time we are in the car. I had to put a strick limit of only watching the movie one time a day. She would watch it all day on a loop if I let her. Here is Kelsey singing "When Christmas Comes to Town" or as she likes to call it the "Softly Song".

Kelsey's 1st Little Gym Class

Kelsey went to "The Little Gym" for the first time yesterday. She had sooo much fun. They played with the parachute, with balls, ran around, and gymnastics type stuff. I think they dance a little too. She will be going there every Thursday from 12:30-1:30. Sorry for the quality of the pictures. I was taking them through glass.

Hair Cuts

Kelsey and Harrison got hair cuts yesterday. Kelsey got about 2 1/2 inches off. She also got to wash her hair in the sink for the first time because the stylist said she had too much hair to wet with a spray bottle. She loved that. Her hair is sooo cute. She laughed, made faces, and talked to the stylist the whole time. She is definitely a girlie girl.

Harrison wasn't as cooperative. I was only going to get him trimmed up at first, but I could tell he was not going to stay still this time. I told the stylist to go ahead and use the clippers on him. His hair is shorter than it ever has been! It was a really big change at first, but now it's growing on me. He looks like a 2 or 3 year old now.

Kelsey got this outfit from Emmy and Pappy for Christmas. She wore it our first day back at Moms N More (my moms bible study group). Doesn't she look like she's going to the office. I tried to get a picture of Harrison, but he wouldn't stand still. He doesn't pose for pictures like Kelsey always has. He wore a new outfit too. Mimi got him a cute thermal shirt that he wore with jeans. You'll just have to take my word for it that he looked really cute too!

I'm Back!

Well, it has been about a month since my last post. Our computer got a virus and ran really slow, so it was no fun to be on it. (So we just got a new one) Then, we went to Seminole for a week and Lubbock for four days and back to Seminole for a couple more days for the Christmas holidays. It was a great trip. The kids love being with all their grandparents for so long. We all had a great Christmas. We spent Christmas Eve at my parents house in Seminole and woke up there Christmas morning to open presents, then we headed to Lubbock to have Christmas there. We had a huge feast that afternoon with EVERYONE being there for Christmas. It was a great time to see everyone again. Especially since we don't get there as much as we use to. Kelsey had a good time with her cousins, Tessa and Kenzie. Here are some of the highlights of Christmas 2008.
